Where can I get help?
Open a ticket in our Discord server. Tebex / purchase tickets are always highest priority. Our staff team is active daily and will get back to you as soon as possible.
What can I do on the server?
Mootopia is a PvE server — you can build, farm, run monuments, fight NPCs and Bradleys, do custom events, and much more. Raiding and griefing other players is not allowed.
How can I get in-game money (RP)?
RP (Reward Points) can be earned by playing on the server — killing NPCs, completing events, and daily rewards all grant RP. You can also receive RP as part of VIP packages from our store.
When do wipes happen?
Mootopia wipes every Thursday. Map and blueprint wipes follow the Facepunch forced wipe schedule. Wipe announcements are always posted in Discord ahead of time.
What are the server rules?
No raiding, no griefing, no harassment. Respect all players and staff. No exploiting bugs or abusing game systems. No spam in chat. Full rules are available in our Discord #rules channel.
Are VIP purchases refundable?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. VIP packages are assigned instantly after purchase. All purchases are voluntary and contribute to server upkeep and new content. Thank you for supporting Mootopia PVE.
